Objective
Looking for a job can be extremely hard, especially in the private airline industry. The objective of this project was to take a closer look at the job market and design an user experience that matches the user needs.

Task flow
After understanding the project's aim, requirements, features, researched data, and timeline to determine the direction, the first step was to identify the natural flow or series of steps the users need to take to access certain information from the website.
Low fidelity wireframe
After developing the user tasks flows, the next step was to merge them into several groups of actions to better understand how to map out the website. Designing the wireframe allows me to focus on the basic structure of the site without the distraction of the aesthetic elements.
Designing and Prototyping the website pages
By using the visual elements from brand identity and integrating them with the wireframes, the final user interface was designed. The process was built up from ideation to develop using every element and knowledge gathered and learned throughout.

Matching the crew with appropriate roles, offering candidate sourcing, interactive screening possibilities and interview coordination are some of the complex tasks which needed a simple and intuitive user experience.

The user interface was initially designed for desktop and has been optimised for mobile and other devices.
